The HCSNA Mission, Vision, and Values

​

Mission:

The Hartnell College Student Nurses Association (HCSNA) is a local state chapter of the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA), in the Monterey County, that empowers peers to pursue higher education, promotes leadership development, and fosters a culture of mentorship through the nursing journey. The HCSNA strives to create a permanent link between community health efforts and our philanthropic values.
 

Vision:

To be an integral part of student education, leadership, and mentorship that transcends into a unified nursing profession.

 

Values: Mentorship, Beneficence, Professionalism, Partnership, Stewardship
