Our vision:

            It is the goal of the mentorship program to provide and promote a supportive network on and off campus, to students and graduates who desire to enter the field of nursing. Through promotion of partnerships and friendships, the program would like to develop into the central network where those involved have an open and honest dialogue about the nursing program and the nursing profession.  HCSNA would like to provide the local nursing students and community a chance to connect with those who understand the difficulties and rewards of this field.  We envision a large community of nurses, mentors, and students who engage in learning, debriefing, and education through all levels of nursing.
